This is a vital event for us. It’s an opportunity to bring all of the people who keep the Fluidra engine running together. And then when you get here and you see how the people are interacting, and you see that this actually helps them in their work and gets them thinking about the future and how to grow more, you come away with a new sense of purpose. We need to see the company not as something intangible but something very tangible. It is something that we are an integral part of and therefore it’s not about the size or the title but rather how we do the job we’re called upon to do. People should leave here motivated. We should embrace this new approach, this challenge and leave here with our spirits and our heads held high, and with our sights clearly set on implementing this transformation over the next 2-3 years. What we’ve seen here over the last few days is people connecting with one another, working together to keep growing. It’s an opportunity to share information about each other’s departments and see how other teams work. It’s also nice to finally meet the people we work with all year but we’ve never seen before. For example, someone from Sweden or Russia. What we are seeing is that it’s very difficult for just one person to make advances and do things differently. You need an environment with other people. After all, innovation is about connecting. Connecting different people with different visions in order to create fantastic things and great ideas. We love what we do. We are passionate about our work. This is a passion that is transmitted from one person to another. Once you’re inside this virtuous circle, you have to consistently reinforce it. Go into any part of our company and you can see it, you can feel it. And that, for me, is what makes us different.
